Brioche and bubbles. Classic sexy delicious Blanc de Blancs with an astounding 60 months on lees. I wanted to produce a bubbly that had true Blanc de Blancs character, at least as I had experienced it in Champagne. I found it with this one. It has that beguiling brioche complexity with a hint of hazelnut that I love in great Blanc de Blancs with the delicacy and nuance that I also associate with great Blanc de Blancs. The label was designed by one of the bright young lights of Barcelona design, Alex Trochut, who is also a partner in the project.
